Residential Complex SAIL DELUXE built by GC LUG recognized as the Best New Building in the Pskov Region according to the TOP Residential Complex Award
The results of the largest award in Russia in the field of housing construction — TOP Residential Complex Award, the annual urban planning competition of residential complexes - new buildings have been announced.
1,155 projects of 772 developers from 74 regions of the Russian Federation were entered into the competition. Of these, 537 residential complexes from 438 developers reached the final stage.
The Best New Building in the Pskov region was awarded to Residential Complex SAIL DELUXE.
We congratulate Pskovites who have already bought apartments in the Residential Complex and those who are going to buy the long-awaited new home spurred by this wonderful news! It is rightfully a well-deserved victory and a reason for pride for all Pskov residents.

TOP Residential Complex Award is an annual urban planning competition in which residential complexes—new buildings are evaluated and finalists and winners are determined in 189 nominations. The organizers are the Committee of the CCI of the Russian Federation on Entrepreneurship in the Field of construction, the RSPP Commission on Construction and Housing Policy, the National Association of Housing Developers.
