New buildings from Group of companies LUG entered the shortlist of the competition TOP Residential Complex

On February 19, the second meeting of the competition committee of the largest urban planning competition of residential complexes-new buildings in Russia took place in Moscow. The Committee considered the results of expert voting on the nominations of the TOP Residential Complex competition in 26 regions, including the Pskov region. As a result, the committee selected the best projects of the region in the nominations "The Best Residential Complex-new building in the Pskov region" and "The Best Residential Complex -new building in the Pskov region. Affordable housing".

Voting on the finalists of the TOP Residential Complex competition will take place in March 2020. The winners will be announced on April 2, 2020 in Moscow as part of the events of the "Russian Construction Week 2020" (RosBuild 2020, March 31 – April 3, 2020).

The TOP Residential Complex Award was established jointly by the National Association of Housing Developers and the relevant Committees of the CCI of the Russian Federation and the RSPP. The finalists and winners of the competition are determined in 190 nominations. The competition involves 1,157 housing construction projects from 74 regions of the Russian Federation.

More than 260 experts from 52 regions of Russia participate in the assessment of residential complexes. Each residential complex is evaluated according to 17 groups of parameters, including transport accessibility, availability of social infrastructure, architecture, yard spaces and more. Most of the parameters for the assessment of residential complexes are taken from the Standard of Integrated Development of Territories developed by the Ministry of Construction of Russia and DOM.RF.
